Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it for a full refund. After this time, orders cannot be cancelled as preparation begins immediately. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at (613) 622-1930.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

Order cancelled within the cancellation window
Items missing from your order
Incorrect items received
Food quality issues (must be reported within 30 minutes of delivery)
Delivery delays exceeding 90 minutes from estimated time

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Orders cancelled after the 5-minute window
Change of mind after order is prepared
Allergy concerns not communicated before order placement
Issues reported more than 30 minutes after delivery

4. Refund Process

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

5. Partial Refunds

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is not delivered or arrives significantly damaged, we will provide a full refund or replacement order at no additional cost. Please contact us immediately to report delivery issues.

7. Quality Concerns

We take food quality seriously. If you experience any quality issues with your order, please contact us immediately. We may request photos of the items in question. Refunds or replacements will be provided at our discretion based on the circumstances.

8. Payment Method Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Processing times vary by payment provider:

Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
Online Payments: 3-5 business days
Cash on Delivery: Refund processed via store credit or alternative method

9. Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used for future orders and does not expire.
